Description
Jim Lane is a test pilot who is forced to land in Kansas where he meets Ann "Thursday" Barton and they fall in love. After some miscommunication, Jim leaves, but then comes back to marry her. Jim ends up taking a dangerous job which worries Ann, but she promises to stick by her man. Jim continues to take dangerous flights, until one that has disastrous consequences.
