Description
Tells of Japanese and Japanese-Americans forcibly interned during World War II at a camp on the Colorado River Indian Tribes reservation and used by the U.S. government to do experimental farming and build schools and an irrigation system to help recruit other Native Americans to the reservation after the war. Focuses on four former internees searching for identity amidst alienation and dislocation.
