A new and highly effective form of exercise that blends the flexibility, meditative and weight loss elements of Yoga with the muscle strengthening and toning of Pilates. Includes a five-minute introduction to breathing and two workouts. Workout One focuses on lying down and sitting, the center of the body, abdominals, lower back and pelvic floor muscles. Workout Two strengthens the midback muscles and spine to improve posture, as well as toning the arms, legs, and behind.
